Commercial Property Program
Part of our mission is to support business district revitalization through the management of distressed properties. Participants in our Commercial Property program are required to submit a detailed rehabilitation plan, a business plan including any special use permit, variance, or rezoning requirements, a financial plan/pro-forma, project timeline for approval to the Board of Directors. For major commercial properties, the Land Bank will consult with residents, neighborhood-based organizations, political subdivisions, institutional end-users, and other community stakeholders prior to seeking Board approval of a development plan submitted by a qualified end-user.
